That's right - largely due to omniearth. Also keep in mind the churn of 20% is on the starting ACV of 1m ( so basically circa 300k) compared to the closing acv of 5m. On dollar terms doesn't concern me. At a group level the churn rate actually deceased from 13% to 10%
