Their new customer pipeline is obviously doing well and existing customer churn seems low which is great, but I am curious, how are Big Un securing all these new customers mainly? Is it mainly through the BHA acquisition? Their SEO for the average Joe public small business owner trying to find a company to social video marketing seems non existent? Just googling a few of the search terms I would expect them to show up in yields all of the competition but no Big results so I am unsure of how they are channelling this growth?
