Im not sure how their hiring system works. But based on past performance and costs, I assume they are using contractors for each job. From past posts, people say they have a fairly quick turnover from time of filming to receiving their finished product. So if this is correct we shouldnt see costs blowing out, consistent with our very well controlled costs over the last 2 years, during which time they have grown and expanded considerably.
