    Hi I'm new to the SGH thread and had stayed away. But I think there are a number of posters who are captive to this story.

    It's possibly inspiring to see how some of you parse commentary and want to predict the outcome of an extremely fluid situation.

    I made my mind up a long time ago that this stock was not investible. But if this was privately held and needing an infusion of debt with special covenants..
    Perhaps against the settlement of certain cases... Then I would invest.

    The question I have is... When will the lawyers leave? Surely in this condition they can't invest in long term cases where cash may not be received for years.

    How is the core business holding up? Not in a financial sense... But in a non financial sense?

    Two phrases jumped out at me from the presentation


    "labour savings in marketing and It"

    "lower settlement volumes does to shift in counterparty behaviours"


    Both of these indicate that the sharks are in the water? Why settle when you know your opposing lawyer may be out of business.
