    It doesn't really matter anymore, they are planning a recap and they running out of cash, the stock going to just keep going lower and lower every day toward D day, there is nothing left for the shareholder.

    All come down to your capital and risk management now and the rule is you don't throw good money after bad

    I know you are heavily invested in this but you got to recognise the fact that this is the end of the road for shareholders, only what the bankers and debt holder can extract out of this.

    it may well be making money in a few years but by then shareholder are out of the picture and the business belongs to the debt holder and bankers.

    Have a look at it this way, you have a choice

    you can make a 300K profit or walk away with nothing or
    you make a 150K profit but guarantee capital preservation

    any investor with good risk management would pick 150K because if you walk away with nothing the road back is like pushing shit up the hill, whereas the profit diff between 150K and 300K doesn't really make a difference in your life but losing everything makes a huge diff to your life.

    This is the now the day trader stock not a long term investing stock
