the Group recently presented revised financial forecasts to the lenders and their financial advisers covering the period to 30 June 2020 and a number of recapitalisation options. Discussions with lenders on recapitalisation are ongoing and the Board has reason to believe that a successful outcome will be concluded in the coming months.
