Actually, they signalled after Q1: a drop in Q1 sales to 3.1m (from 4.5 pcp) and expected forecast traditionally stronger sales in Q2. Sales in Q2 are 2.9 (to make 6 for the half), so it is quite a loss worse than signalled.

New CEO will be a personnel challenge. Current one is also a Director and her husband is in the company doing IT development I think. You'd think there will be unhappiness and demotivation there amongst at least those 2 senior staff. No change of Director notice though.

I used to own, but no more. Why??They have bought several tack on separate software businesses, eg Births. Deaths register, and I think a courtroom recording(???) and developed Basis 2. At the time, Each was the promise of the future but are now relegated to barely a mention. I suspect that the underlying cashcow is the legacy businesses used by Aus Govt Departments who are being milked (for how much longer??) SNARE does hold and delivered promising returns.

So, a new CEO growth/sales oriented rather than an IT developer background must surely help, but will take time to hire and become effective. However,in my opinion its further backwards before advancing.
