it is always a guessing game but i figure the seller wants price low so it encourages others to sell. They sell at a loss but also offset this loss by picking up cheap shares before a big rise. (they tend to play the long game of at least a few months and dont worry about short term portfolio losses)

if the seller genuinely wanted to cut and run they would spike the price to create buyer depth before dumping so they could exit at a decent price. This is more a continual dump to keep short term buyers out of the picture as a lot of buyers that are traders would have bought then dumped back. The buyers that have been buying, holding and are patient are likely to be rewarded.

I was very patient last year and doubled my money invested within a few months after buying sub 60 and selling above $1.20 so I plan to be patient again this year and do the same although price points are different.

This looks more like an accumulation strategy than a dumping strategy.

Sit tight and we will know for sure in a few weeks.
