Have I tried giving them a call? Only multiple times since about 2009, including many emails. Their response is always to say send them a letter giving the names of my stocks (I have about 1300) and they'll update. I have discovered that if I send a letter with more than about 15 names then it'll be ignored, so I'm forced to send DOZENS of letters with about 15 stock names on them. Then sometimes they'll update, sometimes they won't. As I said, in stark contrast to Link I find them outdated, backward, inefficient and frankly downright incompetent. If their other business departments are operated in a similar manner (as I would STRONGLY suspect) then your investment in CPU is probably in very poor hands...
