Can you point me to where you see the $300k paid to computershare in the annual report?
I've been in this company for a while. The reality is that SPZ has moved from death's door a few years ago, with the legal disputes, and cash burn, to the situation today, where we are cash flow positive. I share your sentiments however. It appears every report has a one off or issue.
Look past those, and then see that the management services is bringing in the majority of revenue, and is the profit driver going forwards. By my calculations, the number of ANPR sites has doubled in the last year, and if you project out for FY18, a lot of the anticipated revenue will flow through to the bottom line. That's why I am in this company. These will be recurring revenue for the contract periods which are up to 5 years.
