I am also having trouble understanding the notion of "a budgeting tool".
I did an analysis of millennial talking about AfterPay on Twitter as well as face to face interviews of millennial.
The findings are clear; they all postponed the debt and then complaint that they are stuck with repayments later in the future. Afterpay push them to spend more and finally it doesn't make them better at budgeting.
