There is huge risk in the airling industry with massive prepayment risk. I don't know who the acquiring bank is for Touchcorp (APT) but their decision to put on the airlines would no doubt be heavily scrutinised in their bank's merchant risk area. Did APT sign up a deal with Qantas? May be the contract stipulates chargeback risk transfers back to the airline. No one wants to be left holding the cards is an airline falls over. The industry still remembers Anset.
