the announcement is not very detailed in my opinion. But one thing for sure is that its another agreement that is better off for both party and risk is minimised for APT: 1. amount from $200-$1000; 2. Purchase 8 weeks or earlier in advance. Its foreseeable that customer can enjoy more flexible options once their books are well managed. Its just a beginning.
