APT head bloke was just on sky - well over a million customers he said, emphatically well over. I think the doubters are wrong, APT want people paying on time, those who don't will be weeded out quickly never to default again. Those who do will remain users so even if they have a few defaulters they can build the millions of reliable users over time and harvest revenue from them. It is a great win win for everyone.
