For small value sales its HIGH - as much as 6% versus a normal merchant fee of 1-2%, (I assume it will be less for Jetstar but could be a game changer in t/o) Retailers use it because it stimulates sales that may not otherwise occur & Jetstar will be doing the same to take business from Virgin & others. There are other cheaper afterpay options but this one is fast & simple.
My business is currently reviewing afterpay options for our e-commerce site & this is one of the options - more expensive but fast & simple to transact which is vital online
