Coop, I couldn't see any reply to your questions and I don't have an exact answer. Just some thoughts.
Touchcorp was acquired on 30 June, hence the balance sheet impact but no P/L impact. So no savings on transaction fees in FY17.
Touchcorp were getting around 25% of the AFY transaction fees, so it's a significant saving for Afterpay.
