    You can't fix a problem if you can't see it.

    PR problem and operational problems. Now bank problems.

    RFG need to raise cash obviously and should.

    RFG should publicly declare they need to help franchisees and how they will. People are not gonna buy into a risky franchise brand without assurances especially if they suspect parent will go under.
