Board fees are the very least of mrg concerns...
Old mgnt destroyed a good business with complete and utter incompetence
They were out of there depth
I think you will find they no longer have the support of any shareholders
I would take advice from people other than old mgnt
New mgnt have done a very good job of saving the business they now need cash to take the business forward
If they could sell a property they would but the buyers are waiting until mrg possibly goes under before buying
Why step up now and buy when the business needs cash to survive
A board spill won’t achieve anything as old mgnt don’t have any support anymore from any investors on the register
You are right they have some great assets but buyers are going to wait and see what happens before stepping up
Once the raising is complete then the action will begin I can guarantee that... and that isn’t a board spill
