    Nah rezoning won't be in 2H19... will be next FY most likely... some issues with the quarry next door so DEDJTR are in the box seat for now

    Also State elections in VIC this year... government goes in caretaker mode so that will also slow things up a bit

    VLW a sweet divvy payer... would have bought some at 2.20 but see some clouds after it goes ex div
