Clearly not only the market does not like this the normally bullish analysts don't seem to like it as well. I really think management are not the best. When something looks like a pig it's normally a pig... If the interest rate was high and you cannot lower it then in fact you need to restructure the Balance sheet. Do the right thing not the easy thing is the sign of strong management.
Personally this has always seemed to me that it's run like an old boys club...
