Don't agree. Underwritten loan so that they can pay someone but not totally certain it can close. No interest rate savings yet consensus was always that the rate was high... I have my doubts this is very good and I don't believe the $1.00 - They should be raising equity to the point at which banks see them as an infrastructure safe risk. That is when this stock is a SMSF target and all the other investors looking for a place to put their money. I would rather have raised another $200 million especially with new assets coming on board. Forget the current share price do a full accelerated rights issue @60c and get the structure right.
