Likely that we are knocking on the overhead resistance levels here, at least until the next couple of contract signings. Assuming there are a couple of signings before the end of the year, then, in my view there could be a trigger for a rerating as investors who may have traded a few on the side will close the spigot, and whoever has been accumulating will need to pony up to get their desired holding.
