    I agree. I don't believe you can use built capacity as a sales indicator.

    The number is coarse and actually has some technical basis behind it.
    Initially that meant building out ~2MW at a time, which was also a large enough buffer for sales.

    Given the long lead time 6-9months, it was no longer a suitable buffer for Sydney/Melbourne in case of a Large Lumpy contract. They need to either stagger build-out or build a bigger buffer.

    Atleast with Sydney & Melbourne, if you get it wrong and build-out too much capacity, the extra investment shouldn't sit around to long being wasted.
