Around 6 months ago there was a debt restructuring, the restructure knocked off 12 million in debt and was facilitated by a 6Mill cap raise.
This restructure should mean a rerate as debt reduction would feed into an increased MC.
I do think this stock is cheap, all variables and inputs to be considered. If I had $20million I could have a company debt free producing a few mill profit a year, not to mention equity is higher than MC from my understanding.

IMHO it's cheap because;

1. The after effect of the cash raise is still being processed, but enough volume has gone through that it should be normalising soon.
2. There is still a few years debt left, but we can hope that EBITDA increases with enhanced tech that has been implemented in the last year's. This could mean no dividends for a while.
3. Profit margins on revenues is low, ~58mill revenue and ~4Mill profit, could be better, but manufacturing doesn't get as much as services st the end of the day.
4. Lastly, this stock is lightly traded and under the radar, it's just not popular and smartmarket theory doesn't really apply here.

At the end of the day it's unloved, in my perception undervalued otherwise I wouldn't be holding.

Looking at the charts a slight uptrend is there so I'm not worrying about the recent move down from 4c.
