    (a) That sounds good for the global coal market. OK, so SMR doesn't export to China, but it is ultimately affected by the global price (coal has more of a global price than eg. gas). So this could be good news for SMR too.
    (b) This shows how China with its command economy can and does manipulate commodity prices. When China tells its companies to stop importing coal, woe betide any company that imports. China is the bully of the region and beyond (anywhere participating in Belt and Road), and if it wasn't for Donald Trump it would be the global bully - not that it's a long way away from that already.
