Trouble is PNC are in a very weak barganing position they're forced to make the situation public. There is a line in the report warning that the asset values recorded may not be what is actually recieved in a sale. I think there will be something for current shareholders, but it seems it will come at the cost of losing a big chunk of ownership for a recap, who knows where that lands.
