I am not sure if you can believe that relationships with the banks are OK. It sure sounds like Keith has burned bridges with CBA and Westpac. I believe the only hope for this business is CCP or CLH but given the history I expect the former. Keith will stay on for while, we will likely find out in 6 months the CFO has already been dumped and some interim CFO will come on board and no doubt deliver some more bad news with lots of positive spin.
I do not see Pioneer relisting. FYI if an investor short sells a stock that goes bankrupt, this is the ideal situation because the investor owes nothing to the person from whom they borrowed the shares. Looks like the shorters won.
