i see, the lease termination as only a potential threat. we've got a long time and many round of legal battle to go, before this threat is real...its business as usual, till then.
many companies lease land in Cambodia, many companies lease land all around the world. it is not that easy to terminate a lease, as there will be consequences. hostile landlord, greedy landlord. Donaco is not the only that have to deal with the lease issues.
