What are the chances of them doing another acquisition and tapping shareholders for cash now that the price has been smashed.They got a history of doing that with UBS underwriting the acquisition,and Goosich buying up big time with a non recourse loan funded by UBS.Isn't it in the shareholders best interests that acquisitions are made at a high price so there isn't as much dilution.Not to mention loaning your shares out to be shorted by Ubs i'm not saying they are going to do a acquisition,but they did mention it in the report.But im still taking a punt the ASX is full of management with ulterior motives. DYOR
