who takes those analyst serious anyway. divideds should only be paid if the company has no use in reinvesting it back into the business. for the company to pay such a large dividend that means it does not plan on opening new store, paying cap exp and remember they have to pay back 5 mill of tax which they didnt pay this year. on top of that another 5 to 10 mill for 2020 tax. assuming ebitda is 28 to 29 mill minus cap exp of 5 ( they actually spent more than 7 this year) tax of 5 to 10, that leaves after tax results of about 15 to 16 mill, and am assuming that citi thinks they will pay all of it to shareholders.
