    Good news that more litigants will be included in the class.

    But honestly how much longer can this case take - I thought we would have seen settlement two months ago. The time taken by the judge to reach a decision is also getting ridiculous. Let's hope the case management hearing on the 12th of July isn't needed - I've been holding too much of this stock for too long...
