Somebody keeps putting up and then taking down 2 x orders of 246,154 at 70c as soon as the price starts to rise followed by some numb nut dropping a few thousand well below the previous day close. Blatant manipulation and should be banned but ASX/ASIC couldn't give a crap about anything outside the big 4 banks and a few big miners.
