Not many independent brewers of this size out there for grabs anymore. Expanding physical presence to the east coast with the Atomic project will be an important move positioning the company for a buy out, which I believe is the long terms strategy of the executives.
Only shame in the strategy is that they have moved atomic pale ale into the project range, which means it's likely going to be more expensive. My favourite beer in the market atm, so bit of a bummer

Also, beer is usually recession resistant, although this may not apply as much for a craft company on a growth trajectory with a high PE.
