Nice to see some commentary on this thread .... could anyone clarify;
1. What amount/number of shares does Gordon have to sell down .... i.e. are we there yet? 2 PRT used to often talk about "consolidation" of the media ... but seemed to have dropped that commentary in their last reporting. 3 Converesly, SWM's new CEO has indicated they will be an aquirer ... I think the adjective "aggresive" was also used 4 I recall some comment about PRT's chairman stepping down (?)... has this occured 5 Any more news on PE sniffing around ? (refer previous news articles)..... apparently valuating the business was a difficulty 6 My understanding is that none of the other major shareholders have sold down recently (?)
