Spent a few hours researching this. Happy with a small speculative investment at 15% discount to the IPO price. However, I suspect the share price may continue to drift as FY20 EBITDA dries up as cash is deployed to growth strategy....
"OUTLOOK AND GROWTH STRATEGY
During the IPO process PKS raised additional funds to invest in the growth of the company, the company holds $4.1m in cash at 30 June 2019 and is cash flow positive. These investment funds are expected to be deployed in revenue facing opex in ANZ and the USA, such as business development and sales resources. This opex will have a short-term impact on the FY20 EBITDA before revenue growth follows in the subsequent periods."
