In times of financial stress plenty of properties get bought and sold to fund debt commitments. While there will inevitably be some business impacts for FDV, a situation like this will only reinforce the need to have online transactions where face to face is not required to get a deal done.
FDV is in the drivers seat to further lead this push to online transactions in emerging markets. When things resume fully FDV IMO will be well placed.
Who knows this distress may also throw up some opportunity for it.
