In times of financial stress plenty of properties get bought and sold to fund debt commitments. While there will inevitably be some business impacts for FDV, a situation like this will only reinforce the need to have online transactions where face to face is not required to get a deal done.

I agree with you but this is different from a normal flight to safer assets. No one will buy a property if they can’t leave their house to see it.
