I believe the increase in scale requiring I would suppose some incremental investment capacity is positive in the absence of knowing the exact terms of the financing facility for Mildura - and whether an equity top up component will be required / whether a rights issue to existing holders will ensue
Then again, @sidage could blow us away with another well substantiated and articulated conspiracy theory
