rightly captured. in fact this is quite true and reasonable, they cannot afford to build a new network due to the profit crucnh and being late to start the process. Only meger can allow the tpg and VHA to combine their efforts to be productive. Let us hope for the best in the merger to be declared approved by the cour ruling.
