If u look at historical cashflows..catapult gets a boost in 1st quarter.. However their cashflow diminishes over the rest of financial year. So they're trying to make the report look good when they compare 30th June 2018 cash balance with august 16 2019 balance rather than 30 June 2019 balance.. Tricky...
