Chair is being fairly strong on drive to reach cashflow positive before end of financial year. Nothing at this point that suggests they can't achieve that, particularly with revenues growing faster than costs.
Still leaves a bank balance that is most likely too skinny given size of growing business, so assume they will want some headroom in working capital.
A working capital facility for 12-24 months makes more sense than a raise given strengthening financials and recurring revenues.
