Yep - management know these businesses a lot better than I do. It's only fair to give them benefit of the doubt, on the proviso that we now expect iMyanmarhouse and LankaPropertyWeb to outperform.
It's not so much the size of the deals (which are not intrinsically significant), more what they say about management ability to steward shareholders' capital and create value.
