Aus has pledged 80m to VN for vaccine, as part of a larger package for SE Asia. 500m iirc.
VN are developing their own (no chance if you ask me) and have said they intend to buy the Russian vacc. Sure hope that 80m won't go to the Russians, but either way seems the West wants to tackle this globally - I'd bet other countries have pledged as well
