May 2020 was the worst time to organise refinance, take out a loan or cap raise.
December 2020, market have now rebounce, since March - May bottom.
there is light at the end of the tunnel, with vaccine due, better treatment and cash flooding markets.. The environment for refinancing now is much better than May 2020.. be optimistic my friend.
