So he's already cleared out $260k in salary, bonus and share entitlement for 6 months of work .

I don't think he could really hang his hat on the TGA submission work or the only other notable achievement being the Sth Korea zolpi outlicense. Nor the raising of $4m at a 70% SP discount either (with TGA acceptance falling a day before close).

If by AGM he has one or more of the following done-

- zolpi Aus outlicensed,
- Teva milestone,
- Mitsubishi milestone,
- 001 advancements deal expansion,
- Ordesa/ Sanofi deal finalised,
- "successful" new asset acquired,
- other new product deals completed and
- a SP north of say 7c ,

He earns that money.

Its a promising start but two months to go to AGM lets put the bonus in a safe place and see what he can achieve by then otherwise its next years carrot . I reckon hes been given a reasonable platform to make something of all this, hes got out there and put the business in the lucky zone too but he needs to take the business to the next level and to provide shareholder value first.

His scorecard should be based on ticking off the points raised above .
