My understanding is that the debt would be extinguished and there is no extra receivable. The interest is 6.4% for the next 6 months then 6.4% if paid in cash thereafter or 9.6% if capitalized. I’m guessing the remaining 14 noteholders will capitalise the notes until they mature.
