Seems to be a few people in here confusing interest bearing borrowings vs bad debt provisions.
The debt facility is what ZIP are borrowing versus the bad debt expense is a recognition of what receivables are likely to never be received.
In APT report, the bad debt expense is called 'receivable impairment provision' and is at approximately 27% of revenue vs 33% of revenue for ZIP.
