    nice comeback, my post previous was spot on, should be back to its previous heights, childcare is always needed in all time periods , and properties are safe and always sought after, and backed by Federal govt money at all times.

    Int rates are lower than where it was trading previously, so should trade close to $3.30 plus when dividends are back to normal, it has a fine WALE and rental growth rate.

    I give it approx 12 month price target of $3.40, its previous all time high.

    Better stick your money in here than the banks, who knows what bad debts are lurking in the banks which lend to everything, and are up to 15x leveraged.
