The reviews for HLO are mostly negative about the price being too high. Has anyone on HotCopper used them? Also, I asked family, who travel a lot, about Helloworld Travel and they all said "Why would anyone use a travel agent when you can book everything yourself online?". So is the travel agent business dying?
