I have sold yesterday at $1.13 PS as i felt that they are behind the eight ball with their online sale and distribution compared to AX1 and SSG.
I was at an airport two weeks ago and the flight was delayed by an hour so had a coffee and watched what traffic went into the Rip Curl outlet.
The only customer they had in the two hours i spent waiting for my flight was my wife.
I am concerned re their timing of the Rip Curl acquisition taking into account the Covid situation overseas and i would assume that they have sales outlets in most airports around the world.
Unfortunately the company could not foresee the Covid-19 outbreak when they bought Rip Curl.
They are my reasons for selling, but i will definitely keep KMD on my watch list and when they return to once again paying dividends buy back in.
